Our Deal Review Partner conducts thorough due-diligence on loan documentation and information collected by our system and communicated to us.
Our Mortgage Brokerage Partner conducts thorough due-diligence to review any deal that enters our system for auction and/or has an accepted offer in order to complete a transaction.
Our Mortgage Administration Partner utilizes documents and information provided on the loan in order to transfer services to the new owner of the loan and provide ongoing services according to an external arrangement between the Mortgage Servicer and the new owner of the loan.
We do not share buyer registration information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete an auction listing, loan sale, or loan servicing transaction.
We may share your information if we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, rule, or regulation; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues, or to protect Homeslice’s rights or property.
We use non-identifying and aggregate information for business purposes such as enhancing our services, enhancing our website, data analysis, identifying usage trends, and determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns.
